On this episode, I have the honor of speaking with Saloua Benkhouya, Vice President, Impact Investing and Private Equity, at Fonds de Solidarité FTQ.
Saloua is a proud mother of 3 and has accumulated 20 years of international experience as an executive in financial services. Saloua had the privilege of living and working in several countries which shaped her global perspective and awareness. She’s a long-term investor and is passionate about backing female and underrepresented founders.
She holds an MBA and a B.Sc in Mathematics from McGill University. She is secretary of Women in Finance Association in Quebec (AFFQ) and board member of Robotique First Quebec and was recently named to the board of Montrusco Bolton Investments, a Canadian boutique investment firm. Saloua is an active mentor with Max Mentors and Max Aspire. She co-founded a podcast, Femmes et Innovation. Saloua enjoys spending time with her family and friends, running, reading and traveling.
